Nottingham Band Named New Noise 2016 By Subculture.
I guess we’re a little late to the party covering the grungy, psychedelic trio Crosa Rosa, but there you have it. Last year was a big year for them as they were selected as one of the BBC Introducing… bands, played Dot to Dot, and Reading and Leeds, and received much vocal support from Huw Stephens and Steve Lamacq. Fred Perry Subculture also named the band in their ‘New Noise 2016: Upcoming Artists To Watch Out For In The New Year‘ list.
The band also signed with New York management group Esther Creative Group (Gaslight Anthem, Spector, Augustines) and ‘Little Leper’, which you can stream above or watch below, is gleaned from their debut EP, Phantophobia. No idea what that is, but pantophobia is a vague and persistent fear of something evil. There you have it.
Catch the band on January 30 at The Bodega in Nottingham.
