‘What Went Down’ Is The Title Track Of Their Holy Fire Follow-Up
Oxford indie rock stalwarts Foals have shared the title track from their upcoming fourth album. The album, which is due for release on August 28th via Transgressive Records in the UK, has been described as the band’s heaviest record to date by front-man Yannis Philippakis. ‘What Went Down’ is testament to this claim, as it is an at times rocking, and at times tense voyage of fuzzed up guitars, and Philippakis’ anguished yelp. The track premiered today as Annie Mac’s Hottest Record in the World on BBC1.
