Peace Cover Led Zeppelin’s ‘Since I’ve Been Loving You’

I love surprises. This certainly was one. When I spied that Brummie britpop revivalists Peace had covered the mighty Led Zeppelin I was extremely skeptical to say the least. I thought, “Let’s have a look at this. It’ll be a laugh.” How wrong I was. Their version of ‘Since I’ve Been Loving You’, which first appeared on Led Zeppelin III in 1973, showcases Peace frontman Harry Koisser as an exceptional guitarist and singer, ably filling both Jimmy Page and Robert Plant’s roles. Peace’s latest album Happy People was released on February 9th via Columbia.
