Debut Album Oblique Seasons  Out Dec 7th Via Land Ski Records/25 Diamonds.

Minneapolis post-punks Deleter are probably the best band you’ve never heard of. All that is set to change with the release of their debut LP Oblique Seasons on 7th Dec via Land Ski Records (CD, digital) and 25 Diamonds (vinyl).  It’s a set that showcases their lean, economical sound and their Fall/Wire influences. Having said that, it has plenty of originality and melody to be judged entirely on its own merits. Overblown is delighted to be premiering the video for the debut single from the set, ‘Seclusion’.

“As the title suggests ‘Seclusion’ is about isolationism on a personal and political level”, says lyricist/guitarist Knol Tate. “The two basic images in the film are us getting to basically torture our friends and those same people letting out some emotional baggage when we asked them to rock in the fetal position. We find it poignant and funny.”
