Menace Beach Share Video For ‘Tastes Like Medicine’

Leeds based band of the moment Menace Beach have shared their new video for ‘Tastes Like Medicine’. The song itself is taken from their barnstorming debut album Ratworld which Overblown loved, continue to love, and love a little more now that the splattered vinyl has landed through the letterbox. Read our album review here.

The video is a mixture of animation and live footage and is directed by Tom Hudson of Leeds based band of the moment Pulled Apart by Horses. The two bands toured across the UK together late in 2014 and the live footage is the result of Tom “goofing about’ with his camera during shows and sound checks. Incidently, Overblown caught up with that tour in Glasgow and reviewed Menace Beach. We like this song and we like this video. We like that Liza is wearing a t-shirt for Leeds based band of the moment Hookworms.

We apologise to any Leeds based bands of the moment that we’ve not mentioned in this article. Especially the mighty Cowtown (What about Eagulls?!?!- ed).
