Their single ‘Jobs’ is out now on Healthy Eating Records.
Who: Tom, Lachlan, Matt and Stanley
What: Woozy surf pop
Where: Leeds, England.
Why: Because these guys have been genuinely impressing us for some time now. Formerly known as WULFs, the band have not long been active under their new moniker, releasing their debut surf-pop single ‘Friendly Feeling’ in late November of 2016. Not that their relatively short stint on the scene matters much, the band have already gone from strength to strength playing with some of our other favourites: Trudy & The Romance, The Orielles and TRASH, to name just three bright lights. Together with other up-and-coming groups from the North of England – Party Hardly are proving that London isn’t always the best place to hear the cutting edge sounds of tomorrow; Leeds, Sheffield and Manchester are often better options.
With a string of live dates planned for the summer and more music forthcoming, we’re hoping the group take their momentum further afield – so we can Party Hardly too!
