The Endless River Will Be Released In October
Yesterday, via Twitter, Polly Samson, wife of Pink Floyd guitarist and singer David Gilmour, revealed that the English prog legends will release a new album titled The Endless River in October.
The album, which will be the groups first since 1994’s The Division Bell and the 2006 and 2008 deaths of founding members Syd Barrett and Rick Wright respectively, will be based on unused recordings made during the sessions for The Division Bell. As such, Rick Wright will feature on the album. Have a look at the original tweet below.
The is no word as to whether Roger Waters will be involved, but the prospect seems highly unlikely.
