Post-punk: Iceage share pensive & doom-laden new track ‘Broken Hours’

Following the release of ‘Balm of Gilead’ earlier this month, Danish post-punks Iceage have shared another stand-alone single. Titled ‘Broken Hours’, the track is an expansive slow burner that grunts and trudges through five minutes to caustic angular riffs and inhuman howls. Sporting a more stripped down atmosphere than the material on their most recent album Beyondless, the track aptly displays that the band still have much fire in their collective bellies.

In short, it is a fierce jam.
