SPECTOR Share ‘All The Sad Young Men’ Video

Indie/electronica outfit SPECTOR have streamed the video for ‘All The Sad Young Men’, the first single from their upcoming as of yet untitled second LP. The video was directed by St Martin’s graduate Laura Baker, who was approached by bassist Tom Shickle, who says: I first approached Laura after seeing her work at a film club put on by the photographer Tyrone Lebon. Her work seemed to encapsulate the empty yet jubilant feeling of the track. Luckily for us she said yes to making the video – she completely understood the mood of the song and started filming pretty much straight away.”

“Having worked on this album for over a year, I’m so glad that people are finally getting to hear it,’ says Fred. ‘All The Sad Young Men’ is one of the tracks that took us the longest to get right because of how much it meant to us. I’m pretty sure it’s the best song we’ve written, and its honesty plays a big part in that.”

SPECTOR play a very special intimate show in March:
