The Stone Roses To Release New Song On Thursday Night

The track will be their first new music in 21 years.

Legendary Madchester outfit the Stone Roses will release their first new music in 21 years tonight the 12th May at 8pm. They simply announced, “The Stone Roses will release a new single tonight at 8pm.” Rumours of new music from the Roses has been doing the rounds for a while now with Noel Gallagher suggesting that they have a new album of material and it is “amazing”. Having said that, Gallagher also said that if, “Thom Yorke fucking shit into a light bulb and started blowing it like an empty beer bottle it’d probably get 9 out of 10 in fucking Mojo.” That may not seem connected, but one should probably consider what Gallagher considers ‘amazing’ in this context.
