The Bonk and Percolator announce co-headline tour

Improv psych-pop outfit The Bonk and krautrock/shoegaze group Percolator have announced a tour of Ireland.

A broad-based and experimental project, The Bonk is the project of O Emperor’s Phil Christie. Calling on a wide variety of musical influences including jazz, experimental pop, and 60’s garage, the band explore improvisation and recursive rhythms with a dexterous aplomb.

Meanwhile, Percolator combine a motorik krautrock vibe with the wall of sound explorations of shoegaze. Formed in Waterford in 2007, the band has settled as a trio and recently released the spellbinding and hypnotic debut album Sestra.
