SAULT member and neo-soul singer-songwriter Cleo Sol announces third studio album Heaven, out Friday 15th September.
Cleo Sol has been writing and releasing soulful ballads since 2008. When you listen to her music, her vocals fold into each intricately placed instrument like butter. Her superpower is that she has the ability to transform any track into a compelling contemporary jazz composition.
24 hours ago Cleo teased the release of her forthcoming third studio album Heaven with snippets of unreleased tracks to both her Instagram and Twitter.
Heaven follows after the artist’s sophomore full-length project Mother, which most recently celebrated its two-year anniversary. Honouring this, Cleo wrote to her personal Twitter account: “Two years since we released mother into the world, thank you for embracing me, and seeing me, writing my truth is sometimes difficult, but it’s freeing, and having you support me pushes me to be brave”.
Fast track to 2023, and the artist is soon to unveil a brand-new album, which we expect to be brimming with angelic R&B numbers. Across each of her solo projects, and her work in SAULT, Cleo showcases her effortless storytelling skills with her spellbinding lyrics and angelic vocals. Heaven is sure to be another nonchalant piece to add to the mix.
