Fever Ray announces UK tour dates with Avalon Emerson remix

Fever Ray shares Avalon Emerson remix of Carbon Dioxide

The UK run of their tour commences in Bristol on 29th February 2024.

Fever Ray has confirmed that they will make stops in Bristol, Manchester and London whilst touring Europe in support of their third full length album Radical Romantics, which came out earlier this year.

The news arrives soundtracked by a new version of the Radical Romantics track ‘Carbon Dioxide’, remixed by US producer Avalon Emerson. With this reimagining, Avalon Emerson accelerates ‘Carbon Dioxide’s creeping melodies with a thump. Festival audiences across the globe may already be familiar with this rendition, as varying versions have been teased over Emerson’s busy summer schedule.

“I’m very happy for this one! It has fruitiness, a bit of extra everything, exactly what the song wanted,” Fever Ray, AKA Karin Dreijer, says of ‘Carbon Dioxide’s remix. “We started sending stuff back and forth early on and some of my first vocal recordings ended up in there as well. Hope you’ll enjoy it!”

Nifra, LSDXOXO and Logic1000 have also contributed reworked versions of songs from the album since its release.
