The R&B artist has confirmed the release of a new album alongside the announcement.
Usher will perform tracks from across his catalogue at America’s biggest sporting event on 11th February 2024, as confirmed in an announcement video which was posted yesterday. Kim Kardashian Has A Confession sees the reality star phoning Usher to inform him that he’s playing the “Apple Music halftime show in Vegas”.
As luck would have it, Usher’s Super Bowl performance will take place on the same day that the vocalist releases his forthcoming album, Coming Home. His ninth studio LP will feature 21 Savage collaboration ‘Good Good‘ and ‘Boyfriend‘, the video for which stars Keke Palmer.
The booking will see Usher join a list of recent Super Bowl performers which includes Rhianna, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem and The Weeknd.
The Super Bowl takes place on 11th February at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada
