Following a successful sold-out show at the Sebright Arms last month, Terra Twin are back with a brand-new track and accompanying visuals.
Terra Twin are an emerging indie-rock quartet with a taste for curating moody-rock tunes. Since starting out in 2021 the group has shared a string of nonchalant indie-rock sing-alongs and have continued to grow from strength to strength with each release.
Bouncing back after a headline show in east London’s Sebright Arms venue, the group are continuing to ride this positive wave with their latest single ‘Head Leaking’ – featuring a music video directed by Jasper Cable Alexander.
Speaking about his creative vision behind this project, Jasper says: “The ‘Head Leaking’ video is based around intrusive thoughts bleeding into real life. And what happens when you let them out.”
Consisting of frontman Maxim Baldry, guitarist Lewis Spear, bassist Jonny Thwaites and drummer Alex Wadstein, Terra Twin are an exciting new force in the indie scene weaving a shoegaze rock sound through delicate guitar plucks and introspective lyrics.
Speaking about the meaning behind the single, lead vocalist Maxim says: “It’s the first time we went to the studio to record a song, so these tracks sound fuller and held down with a heavy drum sound. ‘Head Leaking’ is about getting ruined by someone and feeling the anguish and toxicity that comes with it.”
